Abstract

This study contains the results of the study on the Training Center today demanded ready to prepare learners in the face of international market competition. This research was conducted as still doubted Training Center graduates work in guiding learners due to several factors such as the lack of reliable teaching staff, while another year Indonesia will face a larger market to compete with other countries. This study propose three variables as an important reference is given the training and motivation of the work on the rehearsal hall students that will affect the performance when the students had to work in order to compete with others even strangers later.

The result of this study suggests that training and motivation variables significant and positive impact on the performance variables..
