Talk with Hawjeng Chiou, Ph.D

Karangmalang, April 4th, 2015. Celebrating the YSU Universary, Economic faculty arranges an international conference. One of the invited speaker initiated by setyabudi Indartono, Ph.D, head of  Management school, is Hawjeng Chiou, Ph.D. 邱皓政  from National Taiwan Normal University Taiwan. He is a lecturer of Department of Business Administration, College of Management, National Taiwan Normal University, Taiwan. He finished his Ph.D. in Measurement, Statistics and Research Methodology (1995) from  University of Southern California, Los Angeles, CA, M.S. of Psychology (1990) from .Fu-Jen Catholic University, Taiwan. Hawjeng is a very productive teacher. His Research/Teaching Interests are included Management Human Resource Management (Organizational Behavior, Teamwork and Group Dynamic, Creativity and Organizational Innovation), Methods (Structural Equation Modeling, Multilevel Modeling, Mixture/Latent Class Modeling), and Psychology (Psychological Testing and Evaluation, Personality and Social Psychology). His papers is discussed in some conference event and published in various top tiers journal. He also published any Books and Book Chapters.

During a visit in Indonesia he make a talk in international conference in Economic Faculty of YSU, graduate school of YSU and SNU. He also make a short discussion with his former Indonesian Ph.D student tought in various university in Indonesia. Setyabudi Indartono Ph.D, one of Hawjeng former student expect that his visit increase YSU scholars in term of recent and future challange of academic and professional issues. Collaboration between YSU and NTNU may have a better outcome for both parties.
